Silverburn
Silverburn is a shopecentre complex close to Glasgow, Scotland. At the time the website was created the complex was still in the process of being built - Therefore the target audience was investors/retailers.
The Clients approached us with a clear definitive brand; which was to
feature flowing water. The site had to reflect this, and so I opted for
a predominantly white-space site, using a photo of flowing water as the
footer (which will always be displayed at the bottom of the page). The
site uses elements of Flash (especially in the splash page).
NB. The shopping centre has since opened to the public, so naturally the website was re-designed to address the new user's needs (customers rather than prospective incestors). I have replicated some of the pages of the site I created on this site (view mock-up).
